Payment & Pricing

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.

Delivery

  • Digital reports will be delivered via email.

  • Printed displays will be shipped to the address provided during booking.

  • Estimated delivery times will be communicated but may vary due to research complexity or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.

  • After research has begun, refunds are not available.

Intellectual Property

  • All content we create, including research and design, remains our intellectual property. You are granted a licence for personal use only.
